Flixwito got em right. The main two in the cell-mediated immune response are Helper T cells and Killer T cells (also known as "Cytotoxic T cells"). There may be confusion in the different subtypes of T cells; for example there are TH1, TH2 and TH17 subtypes of Helper T cell.
