For example, in episode 8 of the anime, we see U-1146 getting punched by Killer T, and afterwards we see him bleeding. Does this mean that the cells themselves have their own circulatory systems, or something similar? Because I can't think of any real-world tie in for that happening, unlike everything else in the anime.
