Campylobacter (カンピロバクター Kanpirobakutā?) is a minor character that appears throughout the Cells at Work! series. It is voiced by Daiki Kobayashi.
Appearance
Campylobacter has a blue color scheme, and like its real-life counterpart, it has a spiral-shaped body. It has a humanoid head and torso at the front, with a shark head at the end of its flagellum (tail).
Real-life counterpart
Campylobacter (meaning "curved bacteria") is a genus of Gram-negative bacteria. Campylobacter typically appear comma or s-shaped and motile. Most Campylobacter species can cause disease and can infect humans and other animals.
