Transmigration is one of the Neutrophils' main skills. It allows them to pass through capillary walls in order to get wherever they need to go in the body.

Comparison with real world

The process is more or less same with the real world. Instead of going through air vent passageways or sewers, they are going through interstitial fluid that tells the cells nearby to get out of the way.
